Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not issue a refund.


Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Following communication, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items
Only items purchased at full or regular price are eligible for refunds. Items purchased with rewards, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds. Please take this policy into consideration when making a purchase using promotional discounts or rewards points.


We only replace items with the exact same item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email and provide photographic evidence of damaged product, exactly as it was received, the day it was received. Complaints or issues regarding the condition of a received order must be made within 72 hours for replacement or refund.

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns of any kind, for any reason give then nature of our products. This policy is separate from and does not affect our order refund policies.
